What's new for BBQ fans in 2010?

Weber charcoal barbecue models have been upgraded with new features such as black ash catchers, 20cm wheels and convenient charcoal measuring cups. 2010 sees the birth of Webers first four-legged charcoal barbecue. The brand new Weber One-Touch Deluxe comes with thermoset side tables, a convenient Tuck-Away lid holder, and two Char-Basket fuel holders. Whats more, all Weber charcoal barbecues now come with a 10 year warranty.

The Weber Q range of gas, charcoal and electric barbecues has expanded this year to include the Weber Black Line Q “ the same Q design but with a sleek-looking black cast-aluminium body and lid.

The cleverly designed Weber Small Roast Holder makes it safe and easy to carry roasts and poultry from the kitchen to the barbecue. If you use a drip tray under the roast holder, it also makes it easier to lift the food off the barbecue so you can empty the drip tray and make the gravy while your food finishes cooking. Set it inside a large drip pan to capture drippings while cooking. Made of heavy-duty plated steel, it fits 47cm and 57cm charcoal barbecues and all Weber gas and Q barbecues.

The Weber Pizza Stone will change your life! Now you can bake almost any kind of bread or cake in your Weber charcoal barbecue. Make the pizza on baking paper, place it on the preheated stone in the barbecue, remove the baking paper after 3-4 minutes, finish cooking until the base is perfectly crisp and youll have the perfect pizza “ every time.

For charcoal fans, organise your life with the great Weber Tool Holder. This practical holder ensures you always have your barbecue utensils within easy reach. Never lose a utensil again. Even when the heat is on!
