Please be aware due to exceptionally high demand due to the current situation we are experiencing delays to orders, we are working as hard as possible to fulfil customer orders as fast as possible however delays of 2 - 3 working days from our usual delivery timeframes for products can be expected; some orders sent directly from our suppliers can take longer than advertised at this unprecedented time. We are prioritising handling enquiries by e-mail at this stage to ensure our customer service levels can be maintained for the benefit of our customers, we will respond to all emails as soon as possible and our typical response time is running at 1 - 2 working days.
