This item is large, heavy or both and needs to be sent via a pallet courier, this is to ensure the item arrives with you safely and is not damaged in transit. Pallet deliveries are delivered in large vehicles on a kerb-side drop basis and the driver will have a pallet truck and due to the value of the goods a signature is required - we advise two people to be present at the time of delivery to be able to lift items from the kerb side to your house. It is your responsibility to inform us if your delivery address has restrictions which would prohibit the driver to deliver such as "no parking" or "on a red route" etc. as if we are not informed you can be charged a redelivery fee or be responsible for paying any fines incurred to the driver to facilitate your delivery.
