NEW Friendly-Bug Barn

This new insect home has lots of different textures, crevices and hollows making it a multi-species home. You may attract ladybirds, lacewings, solitary bees and possibly over-wintering butterflies too.

The natural split log design has an opening lid which reveals the inner bug barn. You can add your choice of bug nesting material in here such as bark, straw or dried flower stems. The log walls are thick and chunky so are well-insulated & provide a cosy sanctuary for your friendly bugs.

The barn also combines bees tubes and drilled bee tubes which can be used by pollinating bees such as Mason Bees or Leafcutter bees.

  • All NEW design, for multiple insect species
  • Made of FSC timber from sustainable sources
  • Ideal for ladybird larvae which eat aphids
  • Can be used with Ladybird Attractant Food

Site your Bug Barn next to lawns, sheltered flower beds, wooded glades or even in planters

About Wildlife World

To ensure that our designs are fit for purpose, our design team works with an extensive network of wildlife experts to develop unique products which include many innovative features, ensuring that species using the products will gain the fullest benefit from the design to encourage habitation, aid its survival in the wild and in turn contribute to boosting the populations of many insects, birds, mammals & amphibians.

Our products are extensively tested at our base in Chavenage and also in our wildlife woodlands in the heart of Devon. During this testing process we are able to monitor prototype performance and fine-tune features over the test period - this ensures that by the time the product finally goes to market, it is fit for purpose and ready for use by wildlife.
