*Free next working day delivery applies to all mainland UK deliveries if instock and the total order value is over £49.99 unless stated (charges may apply for orders outside of mainland UK) all orders before 2pm will be despatched the same day on a next working day service (Monday – Friday) although we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Some of our products are sent direct from our manufacturers and are not sent out on a next working day service (PLEASE NOTE: These products are marked as such on the product page but not in the checkout page).
**Deliveries are trackable once despatched from us through our courier service DPD and a valid email address is provided, tracking is through a third party service and Keengardener Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. In most cases our courier service will give a 1 hour time slot in which the parcel will be delivered. Tracking is only available on items despatched through our courier service and not with items sent through Royal Mail, for more information on this please contact us.
