- The product is in stock and available to order for home delivery on the competitors website and ours
- Competitor's delivery costs and terms are taken into account with our Lowest Price offers
- Lowest Price Policy is only available against comparable offers - auction style website listings and wholesalers are not comparable
- Our Lowest Price Policy cannot be applied to an order after an order has been made
- Lowest Price Policy cannot be used in conjunction with any voucher codes or cashback sites or finance options
- We reserve the right not to amend our website prices or match or beat the price

As a competitive online company, we constantly monitor and review our pricing throughout the day, this can lead to both price increases and decreases over a short time period. Our advice is if an item is at a price that you are happy to pay then we recommend you to go ahead and place your order at the time as not to be disappointed by a future price increase, we also will process a price match against ourselves if the item goes down in price after you have placed your order - for in stock items and pre-orders, this can be done right until the point your order has been despatched and left our warehouse or strictly within 24 hours of the date and time of your order (whichever is longer), if an item is sent direct from our supplier then we will price match this for a 72 hour timeframe after your order is placed. We understand this is frustrating, due to the nature of being online sadly it can happen with any retailer. Sometimes this can be due to a competitors promotional activity starting or a decrease on the price we pay for the items, or a promotion we have planned or a voucher code we are running. If this happens before your order has left our warehouse or within strictly 24 hours of your order being placed (whichever is longer) then we will honour the lower price for you and retrospectively process a partial refund for the difference, for this to happen we need to hear from you, simply contact us by email stating your order number and the price you have seen this for on our website along with the date and time you saw the price so this can be verified - as long as it is within 24 hours after your order was placed or the order has not been despatched from our warehouse (whichever is longer) at the time you have sent the email we will process the appropriate refund.
I have placed an order for an order shipped direct from our supplier and the price has gone down since I placed my order?
We understand this is frustrating, due to the nature of being online sadly it can happen. Sometimes this can be due to a competitors promotional activity starting, a decrease on the price we pay for the items, or a promotion that has been planned. If this happens on an item shipped direct from our suppliers then we will honour the lower price for a period strictly of 72 hours after your order has been placed, after this period your order will be raised and lodged with our supplier to secure the stock and in some instances shipped so it is not possible to amend your order and we are unable to process a change under our lowest price promise. If the item has not yet been despatched it is possible for us to cancel your order and issue a full refund and you are welcome to replace your order, please be advised that stock availability and delivery timeframes can change very quickly with suppliers and in the worst case scenario this could lead to us being unable to fulfil a replacement order or a significant delay to the delivery time of your order. If you find yourself in this scenario and it meets our policy terms, simply contact us by email stating your order number and the price you have seen this for on our website along with the date and time you saw the price so this can be verified - as long it is within 72 hours of your order date and time at the time the email is sent we will process the appropriate refund.
I saw an item on your website and the price has gone up but I have not placed an order?
Price increases regularly happen this can be due to a competitors promotional activity ending, an increase on the price we pay for an item or a planned promotion ending. Sadly our sales team in this event can only process an order at the current website price so you have missed out on the lower price that you may have seen the item at, we do recommend if an item is at a price that you are happy to pay then we advise that you go ahead and place your order at the time as not to be disappointed by a future price increase, you can also rest assured if it meets our policies listed above and the price goes down you will get our lowest price that meets the policy.
