EGO Power+ Outdoor Power Equipment - Domestic
For FIVE years from the date of original retail purchase, EGO Power+ outdoor power equipment is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic users.
EGO Power+ System Chargers, Batteries and Battery Packs - Domestic
For THREE years from the date of original retail purchase, the EGO Power+ System battery pack and charger are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used by Domestic users.
EGO Power+ Outdoor Power Equipment, Chargers, Batteries and Battery Packs - Professional
For ONE year from the date of original retail purchase, EGO Power+ equipment is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship when used for the designed purpose of that product by semi-professional and professional users but not including hire or rental activity.
This guarantee does not limit the buyers rights arising from the contract of sale with the reseller or applicable statutory rights.
Defective product will be repaired or exchanged free of charge if it can be verified that the defects were caused by a material or manufacturing fault.
This warranty does not cover parts or consumable accessories subject to wear & tear during use.
This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and excessive exposure to water or rain), accidents, neglect or lack of proper installation and improper maintenance or storage.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred.
This warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration or unauthorized repair.
Claims under the warranty must be made within the warranty term. The equipment must be returned together with the original proof of purchase (stating the purchase date and product description) to the reseller from whom the equipment was originally purchased. In the event that this is not possible please use the details provided on this website to contact your authorised EGO Power+ service centre.
Faulty EGO Power+ batteries MUST NOT be shipped via any 3rd party transportation system without first contacting the retailer from which it was purchased.
Any claims other than the right to have the defect rectified as stated in this warranty are excluded. The warranty term for the equipment is not extended or renewed as a result of any rectification of the equipment being undertaken.
Keengardener Ltd offer replacement or refund on faulty goods within the first 30 days of receipt. Keengardener Ltd offer a replacement on faulty goods after 30 days but within their respective guarantee period, if a replacement is not possible a full or partial refund will be offered inline with fair use. Guarantee period is 1 year unless otherwise stated.
In accordance with your rights to a "cooling off period" under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you can cancel your order and return the goods at any time until 14 days after you receive the goods and we will refund any payment made by you to us for the goods. Any goods returned must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
If you want to cancel your order you must notify Keengardener before returning any items.
Please note that the right to return goods which are not faulty does not apply to any goods which have been made to your own specifications.
The cost of the return of any faulty goods will be borne by Keengardener. We shall be entitled to charge you for the costs of returning goods which are not faulty.
Following notification that you wish to return the goods in return for a refund as described above, any payment taken by us in respect of the goods will be reimbursed to you within 30 days.
Due to product development, actual models may occasionally vary slightly from the details on the website, but remember you may return anything within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, if you are not 100% satisfied. You must notify Keengardener before returning any items.
Your rights under this Returns Policy are without prejudice to any rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134.
