As you may have noticed - we’ve updated the Keen Gardener website with a brand new design for 2016, as part of the on-going development of our business.
With a fresh look and enhanced functionality, the new website is designed to ensure that you benefit from the best possible online shopping experience for our huge range of gardening and lifestyle products.

Design & branding
One of the biggest changes is in the look of the site. Our old site had served us well, but it was starting to show its age. We wanted to invest in a vibrant new design to represent the business.
Whilst we’ve maintained our brand colours, we’ve significantly updated the branding giving the site a fresh look and feel. We’ve also tweaked the navigation, so it’s now easier than ever to find the products you’re looking for.
We’re really proud of the changes, and would love to know what you think of the new look.
Functionality
The new site also features significant improvements in functionality.
Perhaps the biggest addition is the new Live Chat feature. Now, if you need help or advice with anything during office hours, you can chat with a friendly member of our customer service team without having to leave the site or pick up the phone.

The new site is fully responsive, and it looks fantastic and works perfectly on a full range of computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones – so you can shop wherever you are, on any device.
Going social!
As part of the web re-launch, we’ve also revamped our social media profiles, over at Facebook and Twitter.
Over the coming months, we’re looking to become much more active on the platforms, providing followers with exclusive updates, news and reviews about the latest products and goings on from the world of gardening.
