Bosch Cordless Mowers - more power, less hassle - Now Available at Keen Gardener

The Rotak Cordless Mowers from Bosch now feature “Efficient Energy Management” for longer runtime of lithium-ion batteries. They have extremely fast charging and are always ready to use. This enables the user to get full power without a cable. The mowers are lightweight and easy to manoeuvre and, with the innovative grass combs, enable you to cut close to the edge.

We found that the Bosch Rotak Cordless Mower was not only lightweight enough to hold with one hand, but remarkably easy to use and manoeuvre. The mower would be suited to medium-sized gardens of all shapes. One charge took about an hour using the supplied charger, and gave us approximately 20-25 minutes mowing time on our 400m² lawn, which was just enough to do the job. This will obviously vary depending on lawn size, shape and grass length. The Rotak 43 comes with two batteries to enable you to keep mowing even after your first battery has run out of power.

The cut was very neat and the mower produced lovely lines which you would expect from more expensive mowers. The grass combs on the edge of the mower means the strimmer is now redundant as the mower is more than capable of cutting efficiently and neatly up to the corners and along the edges of the lawn. The grass collecting box did not fill too quickly as the grass is well compacted inside, which meant less disruption throughout mowing.

We found the Bosch Rotak Cordless Mower a pleasure to use and an absolute breeze to push, even at the lower height settings, and we highly recommend it. If you are slightly sceptical about cordless garden tools, this piece of machinery will erase any doubts as you power through the mowing with very little hassle or effort. The Bosch Rotak Cordless Mowers are in stock and available on next day delivery from Keengardener.
