We provide an estimate on the product page for when deliveries to your delivery address usually occur after placing your order for this item - this is an estimated delivery time based on our experience with the supplier for this product, it is not a guarantee and delivery can sometimes fall outside of the estimate time provided due to circumstances outside of our control, of course at any point up until your order has been despatched you can cancel your pre-order. This item is large, heavy or both and needs to be sent via a pallet courier, this is to ensure the item arrives with you safely and is not damaged in transit. Pallet deliveries are delivered in large vehicles on a kerb-side drop basis and the driver will have a pallet truck and due to the value of the goods a signature is required - we advise two people to be present at the time of delivery to be able to lift items from the kerb side to your house. It is your responsibility to inform us if your delivery address has restrictions which would prohibit the driver to deliver such as "no parking" or "on a red route" etc. as if we are not informed you can be charged a redelivery fee or be responsible for paying any fines incurred to the driver to facilitate your delivery. If you have agreed a delivery date and you are not available to take your delivery, then you can be responsible to pay a re-delivery fee. Pallets are non-returnable however some drivers will be happy to take this back although are not required to do so. In the checkout you will be able to select your preferred Pallet service.

The pallet will arrive at your local depot in 2 - 4 days and your local depot will attempt to make contact with you upon arrival on the phone number supplied on your order to arrange delivery - please ensure the contact number provided is valid and accurate so delays do not occur and be aware the call from the local depot may come from an unrecognised number, failure to answer this can lead to delays in delivery.

The pallet will then be delivered the first Saturday after it has been despatched between 8am - 1pm and will require a signature. We understand this is frustrating, due to the nature of being online sadly it can happen with any retailer. Sometimes this can be due to a competitors promotional activity starting or a decrease on the price we pay for the items, or a promotion we have planned or a voucher code we are running. If this happens before your order has left our warehouse or within strictly 24 hours of your order being placed (whichever is longer) then we will honour the lower price for you and retrospectively process a partial refund for the difference, for this to happen we need to hear from you, simply contact us by email stating your order number and the price you have seen this for on our website along with the date and time you saw the price so this can be verfied - as long as it is within 24 hours after your order was placed or the order has not been despatched from our warehouse (whichever is longer) at the time you have sent the email we will process the appropriate refund.

If this happens on an item shipped direct from our suppliers then we will honour the lower price for a period strictly of 72 hours after your order has been placed, after this period your order will be raised and lodged with our supplier to secure the stock and in some instances shipped so it is not possible to amend your order and we are unable to process a change under our lowest price promise. If the item has not yet been despatched it is possible for us to cancel your order and issue a full refund and you are welcome to replace your order, please be advised that stock availability and delivery timeframes can change very quicly with suppliers and in the worst case scenario this could lead to us being unable to fulfil a replacement order or a significant delay to the delivery time of your order. If you find yourself in this scenario and it meets our policy terms, simply contact us by email stating your order number and the price you have seen this for on our website along with the date and time you saw the price so this can be verfied - as long it is within 72 hours of your order date and time at the time the email is sent we will process the appropriate refund.
